Our Policies

Payment Schedule

Session Fees: Session Fees are paid at the time you schedule your appointment. For your convenience, we accept Master Card or Visa. Or you may send your payment to us within 3 business days. If we do not receive payment for your Session Fees, then your appointment will be removed from our schedule and given to someone else.

Session Appointment: When you arrive for your session, you will need to set up a Portrait Viewing Appointment and pay $100 to reserve your time. The Reservation is applied towards your purchase.

Portrait Viewing Appointment: You will view your portraits and place your order during this appointment. 50% of the finished order balance is due at this time.

Portrait Order Presentation: An appointment is required to pick up your portrait order. We will contact you to set up this appointment time. The balance is due when you pick up your portrait order. If the order is to be shipped to you, then the entire order and Shipping and Processing Fees of $20 must be paid before it is shipped to you. We do not allow any apart of an order to leave the Studio until the balance has been paid.

Storage Fees: If an order has not been picked up after 30 days of notification, then there will be a $25 Storage Fee in addition to the portrait order amount. Due to limited space, Fitzloff Photography is not responsible for any orders that remain at the Studio 30 days after the initial notification.

Rush Fees: Portrait orders generally take 4-6 weeks, depending on the season, for completion. If you need your order in less time, then we can rush your order through for a Rush Fee of $50. Graduation portrait orders and Announcement Card orders are accepted through April 12th, 2008. Any orders placed after this cutoff date will be subject to the Rush Fee of $50 and an additional Rush Fee of $20 per week before Graduation. Please, ask for more information if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48-business hours notice for cancellations. If we do not receive a notice 48-business hours before your appointment, then your session fess will be forfeited.

Copyright Policy

A large investment is made in our Studio's equipment, training, and education to provide you with the highest quality of portraiture in the area. This quality cannot be duplicated, copied, reproduced, or scanned without suffering severe reduction in sharpness, color, and clarity. Such a loss of quality would reflect poorly on the reputation of our work. Fitzloff Photography has reserved the copyright on each portrait we create.

We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please, feel free to discuss your needs with us so that we may have all the opportunity to serve you better.

Privacy Policy

Fitzloff Photography respects your right to privacy. This policy summarizes what personally identifiable information we may collect, and how we might use this information. This policy also describes other important topics relating to your privacy.

Fitzloff Photography only will collect personally identifiable information (such as name, title, company name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) that you voluntarily provide through our web site or e-mail correspondence. We will collect general information (such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, and the domain name and country from which you request information) to improve our web site and better meet your needs.

Before we collect any personally identifiable information, we will provide an explanation for the possible use of your data. The information you supply will be used by Fitzloff Photography to respond to your inquiries, supply you with requested information on Fitzloff Photography products and services or track orders you place with Fitzloff Photography. Authorized third parties may be utilized by Fitzloff Photography to collect, track and process such information. If you have submitted personal information to Fitzloff Photography electronically and would like it removed or modified, please contact us. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request. It may be necessary, if required by law or if pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations, to release your personally identifiable information.

Fitzloff Photography does not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children without permission of the child's parent or legal guardian. Children should submit personally identifiable information to Fitzloff Photography only with the explicit permission of their parent or legal guardian. Where appropriate, Fitzloff Photography will instruct children not to submit personal information. If your child has submitted personal information and you would like to request that such information be removed, you may do so as indicated above, and Fitzloff Photography will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request.

The Fitzloff Photography web site may contain links to other sites. We do not endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Additionally, some of our Web pages may contain "cookies," which are data that may be sent to your Web browser and stored on your computer. This allows our server to "recognize" you when you visit our web site in the future. Most Web browsers can be configured to not accept cookies, or to notify you if a cookie is sent to you.

Fitzloff Photography reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. We will promptly reflect any such modifications in these Web pages.
